FRCS orth exam preparation
some tips and tricks

Hello and welcome to my website.
I passed the exam recently on my first attempt. While preparing for the exams I realised that the exam is not difficult as such but the preparation can be difficult simply because it is not always clear how one needs to prepare and what resources to follow.
Passing this exam requires having the right infomaton at hand.I have developed this website to help examinees preparing for the FRCS orth and similar postgraduate orthopaedic exams. I hope that sharing the tips and resources I found useful and my insight about exam techniques and important topics would help others and especially non-trainee surgeons.
I take full responsibility for the content. While I make every effort to ensure information is up to date and accurate I can not guarantee this and you should always consult established textbooks to check the veracity of clinical information. I must also acknowledge the contribution of my senior colleagues including present and past examiners who helped me with my exam preparation. I went to a number of courses and found them very helpful. I acknowledge their indirect contribution to the website.
